Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd., began operations on February 1, 2017, and achieved Scheduled Bank status in August 2017. With 752 branches across 26 states and union territories, Ujjivan aims to build a leading mass-market bank serving unserved and underserved customers. The bank focuses on offering financial services to individuals currently outside the formal banking system.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager, located in Karnataka, India. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, managing the acquisition pipeline, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met. Daily tasks include market analysis, identifying potential customers, coordinating with marketing teams, conducting field visits, and generating reports to track performance and progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, and Client Relations
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and within local markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market are beneficial
