Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager with 8 to 13 years of experience to lead our Digital Engineering R&D team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital engineering and research and development.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development of new digital technologies and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions.
Develop and implement research and development strategies.
Manage and mentor junior team members.
Conduct industry research and analysis to stay current on emerging trends.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in digital engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital engineering principles and practices.
Experience with research and development methodologies.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
