As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overall operations of the clinic to ensure both quality service delivery and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the second point of contact for center operations, accountable for achieving quality and operational objectives. - Supervising client flow and reception responsibilities to enhance customer satisfaction. - Supporting sales generation and profitability of the center. - Monitoring administrative, operational, and technical aspects for smooth functioning. - Ensuring customer satisfaction through SOP adherence, team training, and service quality maintenance. - Developing and implementing promotional offers and schemes at the center level. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in Center Management, focusing on both People and Operations. - Thorough understanding of customer service, customer experience, and process enhancements. - Demonstrated ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels. - Strong analytical skills, good judgment, and a client-centric approach. - Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines. - Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity. - Experience in Center Management, Health Care, Retail industry, with a track record in walk-in conversions and target-based environments.,
