As the second point of contact for the center operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring the overall operations of the clinic run smoothly to achieve quality and operational objectives. Your responsibilities include: - Supervising the flow of clients through the business, ensuring accurate completion of all reception responsibilities with high quality and timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. - Supporting sales generation from in-house to make the center profitable. - Monitoring administrative, operational, and technical aspects to ensure smooth functioning of the center. - Maintaining customer satisfaction by upholding service quality through adherence to SOPs and conducting training & development for the team. - Developing and executing different offers and schemes at the center level. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in supporting Center Management, encompassing both People and Operations. - Thorough understanding of customer service, customer experience, and process improvement. - Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels. - Strong analytical skills, good judgment, and a client-focused approach. - Well-organized and self-directed with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines. - Proficient in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and culturally aware. - Experience in Center Management, Health Care, Retail industry, with a track record in walk-in conversions, preferably in a target-based environment.,
