Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reports, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance with local regulations.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations in India.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
