We specialize in infrastructure and construction projects with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing & Accounts Executive. Job Responsibilities : Prepare and manage all billing and invoicing tasks. Maintain accurate accounts and financial records. Track and record incoming and outgoing construction materials. Monitor daily transactions and ensure timely data entry. Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and material status. Maintain digital and physical records of all construction site activities. Assist in budgeting and financial planning. Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Experience with billing software and accounting tools. Strong data entry and record-keeping skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Knowledge of material tracking and inventory systems is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
