Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Supervisor to join our team at Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and manage the accounts team for accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to drive business growth.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage budgets and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
