Job Description

Financial reporting:
Prepare and maintain financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Record-keeping:
Document and organize all financial transactions, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
Accounting :
Receivable/ payable reconciliation and coordination with vendor and customer
Auditing:
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and cooperate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Account reconciliation:
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and studying account information, performing monthly account reconciliation, and ensuring reports and ledgers are accurate.
Financial analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to management for decision-making.
Budgeting and forecasting:

Develop and implement cost accounting systems, prepare cost forecasts, and analyze actual versus budgeted expenses.

Cost analysis:

Analyze production costs, labor, and overheads. Track direct and indirect costs and perform variance analysis to identify inefficiencies.

Inventory management:

Monitor inventory levels, perform periodic stock valuations, and reconcile inventory balances.

Essential skills and qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and other relevant technology(SAP,Tally)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
