Plan and schedule workloads, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and resources. Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel for diagnosing and resolving complex an issue. Oversee daily service operations, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and emergency repairs of AHU. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and profitable project completion. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, engineering, supply chain) to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits of ongoing work. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in AHU systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requirements and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
