As a Finance/Accounting professional, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the order to cash domain. Your role will involve thorough understanding of the order to cash process, stakeholder management, team management, governance, process controls, analytical skills, logical reasoning, leading transformation initiatives, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the order to cash domain - Manage stakeholders effectively by collaborating with other units and management to plan work, gather information, and present results - Utilize team management experience to coach team members and support their career progression - Ensure strict governance and adherence to process controls - Apply excellent analytical skills and logical reasoning to drive business decisions - Lead and drive various transformation initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities and working with the team for execution - Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate qualification in Finance/Accounting In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement in its operations.
