Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Location:Gurgaon

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience Required: 3-6 years

Software Knowledge: Tally (Expert Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Follow-up: Regular follow-up with customers/clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Ledger Reconciliation: Perform accurate reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers to ensure books are up to date and error-free.

• Outstanding Management: Prepare and send outstanding payment emails to customers and follow up consistently for clearance.

• Ageing Control: Monitor and control ageing of accounts receivables to reduce overdue and improve cash flow.

• Credit Analysis: Conduct credit evaluations for new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms.

• Tally Expertise: Handle all entries and reporting in Tally ERP with high accuracy; ensure proper documentation and timely updates.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of GST and other relevant compliances

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
