Accounts Receivable Specialist

As a Real Estate Accountant at Rio Luxury Homes, located in Assagao-North Goa, your role involves ensuring timely and accurate posting of sales and purchase entries in Tally ERP9. You will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, Excel data entries, and maintaining general ledgers. Additionally, you will coordinate with banks for APF (Approved Project Finance), prepare MIS reports, and maintain accurate accounting records. It will be your duty to scrutinize and verify accounting entries, rectify discrepancies when necessary, cross-check TDS receivables and entries, and prepare TDS and GST challan up to finalization. Managing petty cash, bank, and cash transactions, processing and posting Credit Notes / Debit Notes in Tally and Excel, and reporting to Senior are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Real Estate Accounting (5-6 years). - Proficiency in Tally ERP9 and MS Office (especially Excel). - Sound understanding of financial statements, applicable taxes, and operational financials. - In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax. - Strong command over English communication written and verbal. - Excellent email drafting and convincing skills.
