Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations related to Accounts Receivables. Your attention to detail and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial transactions in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, GAAP, and tax regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate and post sales and service invoices in Tally for clients and customers. - Ensure timely and accurate recording of receivables following Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). - Apply correct tax treatments such as GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances on all outgoing invoices. - Support month-end and year-end close processes related to accounts receivable. - Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all invoicing transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies. - Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary records and explanations. - Uphold data integrity and ensure high levels of accuracy in all accounting tasks. **Qualifications and Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) is required. - 4-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting preferred. - Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory. - Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance standards. - Decent knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and GAAP. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to daily task completion. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proven team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
