Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive

Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts receivable processes and be proficient in using QuickBooks. This role involves working in the night shift to support international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts for timely collections.
• Generate and send invoices through QuickBooks.
• Reconcile payments and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Follow up with clients via email/phone regarding outstanding invoices.
• Prepare periodic AR reports and statements.
• Coordinate with the internal finance team for any escalations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume transactions.
• Comfortable working night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,632.24 - ₹22,000.00 per month
