Job Title: Recruiter Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout Experience Required: 1–4 years About the Role We are seeking a result-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Princeton America, a fast-growing recruitment firm specializing in multiple domains. You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients find the best talent by managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for client mandates across junior, mid, or senior levels. Understand job requirements and coordinate closely with clients and account managers. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, internal database, and references. Conduct initial screenings , evaluate candidates, and schedule interviews with clients. Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Meet daily/weekly/monthly target metrics (submissions, interviews, closures, etc.). Maintain trackers, dashboards, and ATS entries accurately. Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–4 years of recruitment experience in a staffing or consulting firm (preferred). Good exposure to lateral, or niche hiring in sectors like IT, BFSI, BPO, Manufacturing, etc. Strong sourcing, screening, and client interaction skills. Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and Excel . Target-driven with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have Experience working with client coordination . Basic understanding of offer negotiation and onboarding .
