We’re hiring a Recruiter to manage hiring for key roles in our construction and project teams — completely remote. Roles You’ll Be Hiring For (Non-IT): • Site Engineer • Surveyor • Billing Engineer • Project Incharge Key Responsibilities: • Source and screen candidates for core construction/civil roles • Coordinate interviews and onboarding remotely • Maintain candidate records and HR documentation • Communicate with site teams and project heads for manpower needs • Support compliance and engagement initiatives You Should Have: • MBA in Human Resources (required) • 0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience • Strong communication and remote coordination skills • Familiarity with hiring for engineering/construction roles (preferred) • Available to join immediately Show more Show less
