- Sales Order Processing
- Receive and process Sales Orders from Branch In-charges, HODs and Technical Sales Managers
i) Prepare and share reports on Accounts Receivable, Outstanding Amounts and Collection Status with HODs and Branch In-charges
ii) Notify the sales team of credit defaulters and enforce credit hold when required.
Ensure all collections are completed within the stipulated credit period as per sales agreements
Experience in working with Tally (including Tally Cloud), Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage communication across multiple internal teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Objective and unemotional approach when enforcing company payment terms
- Highly organized, methodical and process-driven.
- Problem-solving mind-set with a disciplined and structured style of working
