Job Title: AR Caller(Billing Executive)
Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to insurance companies for pending, denied, or underpaid claims
* Review claim status and identify denial reasons* Take corrective action and update the billing system with accurate notes* Coordinate with the internal billing team* Meet daily/weekly productivity & quality targets* Handle re-submissions, appeals, and AR escalations* Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow process
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience as an AR Caller / AR Follow-up Specialist (US Healthcare)* Knowledge of denials management, CPT & ICD codes, insurance guidelines* Excellent English communication* Ability to handle high call volume & work under pressure* Good analytical and problem-solving skills* Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing tools)
