Job Title: AR Caller(Billing Executive) Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to insurance companies for pending, denied, or underpaid claims * Review claim status and identify denial reasons * Take corrective action and update the billing system with accurate notes * Coordinate with the internal billing team * Meet daily/weekly productivity & quality targets * Handle re-submissions, appeals, and AR escalations * Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow process Required Skills & Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience as an AR Caller / AR Follow-up Specialist (US Healthcare) * Knowledge of denials management, CPT & ICD codes, insurance guidelines * Excellent English communication * Ability to handle high call volume & work under pressure * Good analytical and problem-solving skills * Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing tools)
