Accounts Receivable Executive

As an Executive in Recovery and Reconciliation, your primary responsibility is to reconcile with the hospital. You will drive collection activities, achieve targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves aggressively following up with customers via calls and emails for overdue amounts to minimize debts and maintain a minimum loss experience. Additionally, you will assist in enhancing collection strategies for continuous improvement in the collections process. Your understanding of the system will be crucial for monitoring and resolving overdue cases, and you will provide support to the recovery team for case resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile with the hospital - Drive collection activities and achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service - Follow up with customers via calls/emails for overdue amounts to minimize debts - Assist in improving collection strategies for continuous process enhancement - Understand the system for better monitoring and resolution of overdue cases and support the recovery team in case resolution Qualification Required: - Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in an AR role - Advanced Excel skills and knowledge - Reconciliation experience with sound knowledge of CN, DN, collections, GST, and invoicing - Experience in the service-based industry preferred - Comfortable with traveling for data collection and reconciliation from hospitals,
