Job Summary:

Account Receivable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with clients and vendors.
  • Handle

    Accounts Receivable

    including invoice generation, follow-ups, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Perform accurate

    data entry in Tally Prime

    , ensuring all accounting records are updated timely.
  • Assist in preparing reports and MIS when required.
  • Maintain and organize documentation for accounting and administrative functions.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure smooth operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience

    in accounting and coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in

    Tally Prime

    and hands-on experience in

    Accounts Receivable

    .
  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
