Accounts Receivable Coordinator

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Ahmedabad/Vadodara, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Enter cash receipts for clients in QuickBooks in a timely and accurate manner. - Review client remittance details to ensure accuracy. - Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead in the collections process. - Conduct dispute resolution, account analysis, and account research when necessary. - Review monthly Accounts Receivable Aging Reports to maintain data accuracy. - Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions. - Demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in handling high-volume Accounts Receivable tasks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in QuickBooks. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume AR tasks effectively.
