Accounts Receivable Associate

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Executive with 2+ years’ experience in collections of outstanding accounts receivable (INR) and who can be an immediate joiner.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts across multiple regions.
• Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Sending payment reminders through email in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Replying to customer queries through calls and emails.
• Visiting customer locations for reconciliation and payment follow up, if required.
• Coordinate with billing team and submit invoices to customers on a timely manner.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Mail correspondence to customers’ address to encourage payment of delinquent accounts

Required Skills

1) 2+ years Experience in accounts receivable management

2) Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required

3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
