Accounts Receivable Analyst - US Accounting

As an ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable position, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collection strategies, with a strong understanding of the AR process. - Utilizing your 14 years of Accounts Receivable experience to ensure accurate and timely billing. - Demonstrating proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc. - Leveraging your knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, to analyze financial data effectively. - Showcasing excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to interact with clients and internal teams. - Demonstrating high accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The qualifications required for this role are: - A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 14 years of Accounts Receivable experience, with optional experience in US accounting. - Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc. - Good knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - High accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Additionally, the preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience in handling US clients and knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 60). - Experience in a high-volume billing environment. - Familiarity with electronic invoicing portals such as Ariba, Coupa, Bill. - Flexibility with the US Shift- 5.30 PM-2.30 AM.
