AR Analysts (Accounts Receivable Analysts)

Key Responsibilities

• Work on

  US healthcare insurance claims

  within the AR (Accounts Receivable) process.
• Follow up with

  insurance companies

  via phone and email for claim status.
• Identify and resolve

  denials, rejections, or underpayments

  .
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim actions in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with

  HIPAA guidelines

  and company policies.

Requirements

• Any Graduate

  (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BCA, etc. – all streams welcome).
• Good

  English communication skills

  (verbal & written) are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in

  US night shifts

  .
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry).
• For experienced candidates: 1–3 years in AR calling / Denial management preferred.
