Key Responsibilities: - Team management: - Lead the AP team, ensuring high performance and accuracy. - Coordinate on issues and provide guidance with effective solutions. Autonomy: - Work under routine direction, exercising limited discretion in addressing issues or inquiries without frequent consultation with others. Qualification Required: Experience, Education, and Certifications: - Possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in team management. - Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement and critical mindset. - Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel. - Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. - Ideally, hold a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting. - Fluent in English.
