Role OverviewYoull support Young Lifes finance function by accurately processing invoices, expense reports, and wires in Workdayensuring compliance with policies and timely payment.#Essential Duties#Invoice ProcessingReview Invoice Requests for policy complianceValidate invoice data vs. request detailsConfirm complete documentationLiaise with field staff/vendors for missing info#Expense ReportsReview Expense Report transactionsVerify completeness & documentationFollow up on questionable items#QUEUE ManagementProcess assigned queues accurately & timelyAssist teammates as needed#TrainingTrain field staff on procedures & policies#AdminSupportData entry in WorkdayEmail correspondence & archivingPhone supportDistribute AP department mailCompile & send daily reports to global staff#Wires & CardsProcess/approve wires by EODMaintain P-Card inbox#CollaborationWork with International Leads, Accountants, Bookkeepers to resolve issuesPerform payment settlements as needed#Reporting (Weekly/Monthly)Inactive User TransactionsPast Due Transactions & Cash AdvancesPersonal Benefits ReportDuplicate Expense Items Report#AdHoc Other duties as assigned#WorkdayRequirements (Mandatory)3+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financials, AP & Expense modulesBasic report creation & analytics in WorkdayUnderstanding of Workday integrations and data flows#Experience Required For The JobProven ability in basic Accounts Payable skillsEnglish language required; Spanish a plusExcellent customer service: written, verbal, organizational, phone & multitaskingAble to work well with frequent interruptionsFast & accurate navigation of online systemsPurchase Card experience preferredMid-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (strong), and OutlookTeam player with strong data-entry skills
