Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Review and process vendor invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring correct coding, approvals, and documentation. - Utilize Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) tools to auto-populate invoice fields and manage rejected invoices efficiently. - Maintain accurate vendor records, assist in onboarding, and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards. - Review and verify employee expense claims, enter approved expenses into the accounting system, and assist in reconciling AP sub-ledgers. - Ensure adherence to SSOE's AP policies and audit requirements, collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance team and participating in recurring meetings. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should bring: - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems. - Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and fluency in English communication. - Willingness to adapt to the shift timings associated with the position to effectively coordinate with offices in the USA.
