Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Telangana, India. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle expense reports, process journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments. The role involves maintaining financial records, reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial analysis related to accounts payable. The specialist will collaborate with the finance and accounting team to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and familiarity with related procedures
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying discrepancies
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles and Finance operations
• Experience with creating, managing, and reviewing Journal Entries
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting is an advantage
