Accounts Payable Specialist

Position:

Experience: 2 Years to 4 Years

Eligibility:Education:

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills

• Location: Willing to Travel / relocate to J P Nagar, Bangalore. Office is in J P Nagar 2nd Phase.

• Shift Timings: US Shift - 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Flexible to work in night shifts)

Roles & responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payment processing (EFT, cheque, wire).

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (HST), corporate policies, and internal controls.

• Perform 3-way matching (POReceivingInvoice) and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain vendor master data, including new setups, banking updates, and W8/W9 documentation.

• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to General Ledger monthly; investigate variances.

• Prepare HST input tax credit schedules and support month-end accruals (GRNI, un-invoiced liabilities).

• Generate AP aging and cash requirement reports to support liquidity planning.

• Support internal/external audits with documentation and reconciliations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency (e.g., automation, payment optimization).
