Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The responsibilities include managing and processing expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accounting records. The specialist will also be expected to analyze financial data and support financial reporting activities. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal departments to verify and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Accounts Payable processes, including managing expense reports Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles Experience with preparing and reviewing Journal Entries in accounting Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills Excellent proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
