Accounts Payable Specialist

As a potential candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Ensure Vendor reconciliation in accordance with client guidelines. - Adhere to deadlines with a proactive attitude towards meeting them. - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team and take ownership of assigned tasks. - Possess a strong command of the English language. In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Hold a degree in B. Com/M. Com/CA (Inter)/CA with US work experience. - Willingness to work in the US Time Zone (Night Shift). - Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. - Have a proficient understanding of QuickBooks-Desktop/Online/Enterprise. Applicants lacking this knowledge need not apply. - Possess a solid understanding of AP/AR processes, including proficiency with software such as Bill.com, Hubdoc, Melio, etc. Please note that the salary for this position is negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
