Job Description

As a Management Trainee at Genpact, your role involves processing Purchase Orders, Non-Purchase Orders (FI), and eInvoices following the established process. You will be responsible for reconciling the processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports. Additionally, you will need to charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries. Your daily tasks will include production planning and allocating the inflow volume to respective team members. You will also process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts. It is essential to have good knowledge of Excel reports such as Pivot tables, formulas, formatting, and data cleansing. Resolving queries like wrong posting, reversal, and corrections will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions is also expected from you. Ensuring that SOPs are reviewed frequently and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signoff is crucial to maintaining operational efficiency. You must maintain 100% accuracy in invoice processing and monthly reports. Reporting taxes while processing region-specific invoices as per the requirement is also part of your role. Understanding Helpdesk operations would be beneficial for this position. Qualifications: - University graduate in any discipline Preferred qualifications/skills: - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration - Relevant work experience in AP, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry - Sound knowledge of written and spoken English - Practical knowledge of SAP is preferable - Practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now is preferable - Excellent time management and planning skills - Attention to detail, good analytical, and problem-solving capabilities - Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals Please note that this position is based in India, specifically in Jodhpur.
