Accounts Payable Executive

RETAIL SCAN : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Job Summary: This position is responsible for responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: - • Follow up with clients for payout processing. • Correctness of Posting of all payment, GST and TDS working and entries (JV & Bank) • Responsible to present SOW in Review Meet • Coordinating with external auditors for various MIS • Responsible for Banking activities • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement • Invoicing and Billing as well as managing the payables and receivables. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree required, with minimum 1 year of experience • Familiarity with TDS/Income Tax/accounting software packages • Knowledge of SAP • Computer skills: Advance Excel, ERP, MS Office • Good analytical and time management skills. • Strong verbal and written skills About Retail Scan: Headquartered in Mumbai, Retail Scan (www.retail-scan.com) is India’s largest home grown, full service, customised retail solution company. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
