Responsibilities:

Managing Infrastructure

· Managing and ensuring proper functioning of all office infrastructure like ACs, and office equipment like printers, vending machines, etc.

· Managing paraprofessionals related infrastructure matters like electricians/plumbers/carpenters etc.

Facility Management - Housekeeping / Security / Catering Services

· Assigning Duties to Housekeeping

· Stationery / Courier

· Catering

Purchase Material/Services in consultation with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team

· Identifying Vendor

· Inviting, comparing and negotiating quotes

· Accepting bills, checking & releasing for payment to Finance

· Defining SLAs

Vendor Management

· Monitoring the performances of vendors and providing input to the team

· Maintain copies of contract/agreement as received from vendors.

· Meeting vendors to discuss issues in case of poor service quality etc.

Managing Admin Budget

· Monitoring the expenses related to general admin.

· Suggesting and executing cost-saving measures from time to time without compromising on quality and timeliness of delivery

Travel

· SPOC for all travel needs.

· Look into travel requirements like ticketing, hotel bookings, vehicle arrangement, etc. (by looking and negotiating at the cheapest option)

Employee Engagement

· Planning and organizing employee engagement activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding of Excel

• Good verbal and written skills

• Plus 6 months experience ,Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
