Work Timings - Monday-Friday-9:30AM-6:30PM

What You’ll Do

• Review, verify, and process all vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Match purchase orders and invoices to ensure proper documentation and approvals. Additionally verify the terms with service agreements wherever available.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors as per the agreed credit terms.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure proper kyc documentation like GST registration, PAN,Aadhaar, MSME registration, bank ac details, etc,.
• GL reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to answer payment inquiries or resolve billing issues.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and resolving the open GL issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable activity as and when needed.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of relevant experience in

  accounts payable/finance operations

  .
• Experience in invoice processing & reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in your work.

Preferred:

• CA Intermediate/Drop outs, MBA (Finance), or M.Com.
• Prior exposure to non-merchandise finance (overheads, indirect procurement, services).
