Accounts Payable Executive

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies
Maintain accurate historical records and documentation for audit purposes
Assist with month-end closing activities related to payables
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
03 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Nice to Have

Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Familiarity with ERP systems
