Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintain historical records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
Continuously improve the payment process and respond to vendor enquiries regarding finance.
Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and employees.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
Experience in accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
