Accounts Payable Analyst

With a strong presence in over 65 countries and serving a diverse client base, including major banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and retail clients, you will contribute to our culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support timely review and accurate coding of invoices for all global entities - Assist the Accounting team with month-end accruals and other closing deliverables - Gather necessary documentation and perform due diligence for supplier creation and maintenance - Review and approve expense reports in Concur, ensuring policy compliance - Provide travel and expense support to employees, including managing inquiries and expense reports - Work with vendors to resolve past due balances and remittance issues - Execute Year-End US 1099 Reporting to ensure regulatory compliance - Support ERP system regression testing for functionality during updates - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications:** - BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field - Experience with AP functionality in various ERP systems; Oracle Cloud Fusion knowledge preferred - Experience working with Concur for expense report processing - Advanced Excel skills for clear financial data presentation - Working knowledge of automation processes like Alteryx and Tableau - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively - Drive for process improvement and re-engineering - Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Role operates within the US time zone from 9am EST to 5:30pm EST As a part of Tradeweb, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that encourages continuous improvement and offers a range of competitive benefits.
