Accounts Payable Analyst

As a part of our fast-growing organization with operations in Mumbai, you will be contributing to delivering innovative technology-driven solutions and business process outsourcing services. Your role will involve accurately coding invoices for your assigned department using Coupa and Netsuite, reconciling statements in Excel, managing requisitions and purchase orders, suggesting process improvements, and handling ad-hoc projects as needed. To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Coupa and Netsuite or similar ERP software is essential. Experience in veterinary or medical services is preferred but not required. Additionally, familiarity with basic Excel formulas, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are necessary.
