Accounts Payable Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating and resolving merchandise billing issues for a group of assigned vendors, reviewing and resolving open dropship liabilities, processing return transactions, monitoring invoice discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, responding to vendor inquiries, and facilitating vendor account reconciliations. Additionally, you will keep your supervisor informed of important developments and coordinate activities with others to ensure a team approach. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and resolve merchandise billing issues for assigned vendors - Review and resolve open dropship liabilities, receipts not vouchered, and deduction discrepancies - Process open return transactions and credit memos from vendors - Monitor invoice processing discrepancies and facilitate solutions to recurring issues - Reconcile vendor statements quarterly - Respond to vendor inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail - Perform vendor account reconciliations for shutting down vendors - Keep supervisor informed of important developments and coordinate activities with team members Qualifications: - Must have at least a 2-year Accounting degree - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions - High level of customer service orientation - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships - Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers - Familiarity with Northern Tool + Equipment's 12 Core Competencies,
