Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information clearly and effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments for the preparation and submission of various MIS reports as and when required.
Create, update, and maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
Manage front office responsibilities including handling calls, routing messages, greeting visitors, and responding to routine inquiries.
Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and documents in compliance with company procedures.
Prepare cheques and payment deposit slips for banking transactions.

maintain cheques & payment related data in Excel/Other formats.
Help in preparation /submission of various Banking Documents &
daily co-ordination & communication with Accounts Department.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with 3,4 years of relevant work experience in accounts and administration.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and banking procedures.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
