Accounts Officer

Job Title: Accounts OfficerIntroduction

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team at Bestination Holidays Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Manage bank reconciliation and daily financial entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor expenses and support budget management.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / B.Com / M.Com / Accounting.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting (Preferably in the Travel & Tourism industry).
• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and honesty.
• Male candidate preferred (as requested).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
