.Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounts Manager located in Nashik. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining accounting systems, analyzing financial information, and preparing financial reports to support and maintain the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• BCom, M. Com, or CA; IND AS/IFRS experience will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience in plant-wise accounting, budgeting, and compliances for listed companies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in costing at plant level and product level.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
