• Position: Lathe Machine Operator
• Location: Nashik
• Experience Required: 4 to 5 years
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Should be willing to work in shifts and ready to travel at Janori, Wadiware, Mohadi plants

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lathe machines to machine metal components as per specifications.
• Read and interpret machine drawings, fits, and tolerances.
• Perform machining processes such as boring, drilling, reaming, threading, and tapping (in both CGS & SI systems).
• Prepare materials by cutting, shaping, and drilling as required.
• Set up and prepare tools and equipment for machining operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of machines.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing job tasks.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with lathe machine operations.
• Knowledge of material types and properties.
• Familiarity with other workshop machinery.
• Experience in a reputed Machine Shop / Workshop environment.
• Understanding of tool preparation and setup.
• Strong focus on workplace safety and quality standards.
