Lath Machine Operators

As a Lathe Machine Operator at our company based in Nashik, you will be responsible for operating lathe machines to machine metal components according to specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating lathe machines to machine metal components as per specifications. - Reading and interpreting machine drawings, fits, and tolerances. - Performing machining processes such as boring, drilling, reaming, threading, and tapping in both CGS & SI systems. - Preparing materials by cutting, shaping, and drilling as required. - Setting up and preparing tools and equipment for machining operations. - Ensuring proper maintenance and smooth functioning of machines. - Following all safety protocols while performing job tasks. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with lathe machine operations, knowledge of material types and properties, familiarity with other workshop machinery, experience in a reputed Machine Shop / Workshop environment, understanding of tool preparation and setup, and a strong focus on workplace safety and quality standards. If you have 4 to 5 years of experience in lathe machine operations, are an immediate joiner who is willing to work in shifts and travel to Janori, Wadiware, and Mohadi plants, we would like to hear from you.
