As an Accounts Manager -Transaction Banking Group, you will have the opportunity to manage the Trade Finance and Cash Management requirements of corporate clients. In addition, therole encompasses servicing client requirements across the financial spectrum.

Hence, it is imperative that you can analyse the available data to understandthe client persona and subsequently offer the right solutions as part of the360-degree banking framework. Leveraging technological platforms is at the coreto offering a best-in-class experience to clients. The role involves enhancingthe relationship value with existing customers and on-board new customersthrough lead generation from customers, vendors, dealers, and curateddatabases.

Key Responsibilities

Increase operating income

Managing Transaction Banking relationships with SMEs, Corporates& PSUs with the aim to increase operating income across products.


Building relationships

Sourcing of new corporate relationships linked toexisting relationships and their subsidiaries, joint ventures, dealers,vendors, and other linked constituents.

Collaboration

Ability to collaborate with multiple internal groupsto provide efficient and innovative financial products to the mapped clients.

Customer service

Dealing with everyday corporate needs andunderstanding the intricacies of the products and services to ensure a seamlessbanking experience for the clients.


Market understanding

Scoping the market for opportunities and understandingthe competition, industry, and economy.

Engaging with external exigencies

Interact with external agencies on any matters relatedto customers, which include but are not limited to tax authorities, police, andcourts.

Client visit

Visit clients and prospective clients regularly andreport internally on business activities.

Product recommendations

Recommend products or services with a clearunderstanding of the clients need.


Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Finance or Bachelor''s Degree with experiencein Trade Finance or Lending

Excellent Communication

Strong communication (both oral and written)

Synergize with Team

Willingnessto work with the distributed team for on-ground support and deliver enablers asrequired

Interpersonal Skills

Build& maintain strong professional relationships with the customers

Market understanding

Ability to understand market dynamics, both at micro and macro levels.

Domain Knowledge

Experience in finance, forex, and trade.
