Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in Port Blair at Swasthya Hospitals. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The Accounts Manager will also coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Effective communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
