Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilites:-

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file TDS and GST returns accurately and on time

Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations

Handle tax audits, assessments, and liaise with tax authorities

Income Tax Returns

File ITRs for individuals and corporate entities

Maintain documentation and records for tax filings and audits

Accounting Operations

Manage accounts receivable and payable processes

Post and review general accounting entries in the ledger

Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts

Reporting & Analysis

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Excel Expertise

Use Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (TDS, GST, Income Tax)

Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software

Excellent command of MS Excel and Advanced Excel functions

Preferred Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills
