Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant (Tally, GST, TDS, PF)

Role Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end accounting, statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT), payroll processing and finalization of books of accounts in Tally. The candidate will independently handle day-to-day accounts and compliance activities as per Indian laws.​

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journals, bank entries, etc.).​
• Prepare and file all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return), and maintain GST reconciliation and records.​
• Manage TDS: deduction, deposit, return filing, and TDS reconciliation.​
• Handle payroll: salary calculation, TDS on salary, PF, ESIC and other statutory deductions and challans.​
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet).​
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor and customer ledger reconciliation on regular basis.​
• Ensure timely payment and compliance of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other statutory dues.​
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and government departments for audits, assessments and queries.​
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices and statutory records in organized manner.​

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent in Accounts/Finance.​
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliances (preferably in SME / service industry).​
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.​
• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST Act, Income Tax (TDS), PF, ESIC and related compliances.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
